Storage

3 minute read
  • Manage how Eventbrite uses Salesforce storage.

  • Set how many rolling days to keep Orders, Attendees and Events.

Like any app that creates records, Events Made Easy (Eventbrite) uses some of your record storage capacity.  Each Salesforce record takes approximately 2KB, so if you have 10,000 active attendees, syncing the attendees alone will take up approximately 20MB of space.

Set how many rolling days to keep Orders, Attendees and Events in Salesforce (to save space). This storage setting is used each time the primary sync runs.

The number of days to keep for Orders must be equal to or less than the number of days for Events to keep.

You will need to store a minimum of 12 months data. Your data is always safe in Eventbrite we just take a copy.
