There are several buttons that refresh Eventbrite data in Salesforce. Some sync your whole Eventbrite organization, and others refresh a single event or person. Here is where to find each one and what it does.

Eventbrite Settings

Only users with the Eventbrite Admin permission set (shown as Full access on the User Security page) can see the Eventbrite Settings tab. See Permissions to learn how to assign it.

• Sync Settings > Sync Now: Brings in new and changed events, orders and attendees since the last sync.

• Sync Settings > Full Eventbrite Sync: Found in the menu next to Sync Now. Re-syncs everything as far back as your storage settings allow.

Events Tab

• Refresh: Same as Sync Now on the Sync Settings page. Brings in new and changed data since the last sync.

On an Event

• Event Details > Reload Page: Found in the menu at the top of the event. Shows the latest event details from Eventbrite. It does not sync orders or attendees.

• Orders / Attendees > Sync Now: A full refresh of this event, including event details, ticket types, orders, attendees and answers.

• Questions / Answers > Sync Answers: Found in the menu on the Questions / Answers section. Does the same full refresh as Sync Now on Orders / Attendees, so you only need to use one of them.

• Emails > Sync Now: Refreshes email activity for the event using the Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or Emma data already in Salesforce. It does not pull data from Eventbrite.

Contact and Lead Records

• Eventbrite Attendance > Refresh icon: Updates the attendee records already shown on that person's card. It does not find new attendees, those appear after the next sync.

Note: These buttons run the sync in the background. Larger syncs can take a few minutes, so give them time to finish before checking your records.
