Page Layouts
Setup or remove page layouts for Events Made Easy (Eventbrite).
Classic page layouts are set up automatically as part of the connection wizard. This adds related lists, fields and buttons to the Contact, Lead and Campaign pages. Lightning record page components, such as the Eventbrite Attendance component, are not added automatically. These must be placed manually in the Lightning App Builder: open the record page, choose Edit Page, drag the component onto the layout, then Save and Activate.
If for any reason you need to undo this automation or you have and want to re-apply the page layouts follow these instructions.
Removing page layouts
Remove Eventbrite page layouts from Salesforce (E.g. fields from the Contact, Lead and Campaign pages, along with buttons on the list views etc.), does not affect any non-Eventbrite related layouts in Salesforce.
In Salesforce, click the app menu at the top right, then select Eventbrite Admin.
Click the Eventbrite Settings tab.
Select the Maintenance option.
From here choose Remove Layouts.
Adding page layouts
Setup Salesforce page layouts for the Eventbrite application adds related lists, buttons etc to Classic Salesforce page layouts. It does not remove any custom layouts, and it does not add Lightning record page components, which are placed manually in the Lightning App Builder.
In Salesforce, click the app menu at the top right, then select Eventbrite Admin.
Click the Eventbrite Settings tab.
Select the Maintenance option.
From here choose to Setup Layouts.
