Errors

EB4SF_MAINTENANCE_CAMPAIGN_BATCH

What this means: The batch job that links Eventbrite events to Salesforce Campaigns stopped with an error it could not recover from, so some events were not processed.

Common causes: Another managed package, trigger or flow running on Campaign hit a governor limit; validation rules or record locks on Campaign; the sync user missing the Marketing User setting.

What to do: Open Maintenance for the full message. The text in brackets after “U:” shows which package or code threw the error, which is often not ours. Check Apex Jobs in Setup, fix the cause, then run a Full sync.

‍

Example: "... U:(AAKCS): AAKCS:Too many queueable jobs added to the queue: 2"

Solution: This org is using an integration called Campaign Defaults with the namespace AACKS that is conflicting when we try to create campaigns from events. You can limit when the app fires or consult with them to see if it can run asynchronously.
