What this means: Base configuration could not be read from Eventbrite.

Common causes: The Eventbrite user does not have the right Eventbrite role; the connection (OAuth token) is no longer valid; Eventbrite API temporarily unavailable; primary sync user missing the "Eventbrite for Salesforce - Full Access" permission set.
