What this means: The integration could not verify whether a primary sync was already running.
Common causes: Running user lacks View Setup and Configuration (AsyncApexJob access); manual sync started while another was in progress.
What to do: Avoid starting multiple primary syncs concurrently. Grant View Setup and Configuration to the sync user if required.
