CM4SF_CM_USER_NOT_FOUND

The current Campaign Monitor user associated with the Salesforce username does not exist in Campaign Monitor. Check the Campaign Monitor user associated with the Salesforce user is valid. The associated user can be found in the Security settings tab within Salesforce under the Campaign Monitor for admin app. See: Permissions. Login directly to Campaign Monitor and check that the user exists.
