What this means: Campaign Monitor for Salesforce could not auto-create or link a Salesforce Campaign to a Campaign Monitor campaign.
Common causes: Primary sync user missing Marketing User checkbox; validation rules; insufficient Campaign access.
What to do: Enable Marketing User on the primary sync user. Review the Maintenance message. Retry after a primary sync.
