CM4SF_CONFIG_STORED_LICENCE

The Salesforce user does not have enough permissions to view package licence details. Ensure the running user can access the managed package licence information used by Campaign Monitor for Salesforce. Typically the primary sync user needs the Campaign Monitor Admin permission set. See: Permissions.
