What should I do if my audience is missing members in Salesforce?
If you are on the Mailchimp audience record in Salesforce and one or more members are missing, the sync may not have run yet. On the top of the screen, there is a refresh button - https://jmp.sh/yCzpTNg2
Once clicked, the new members' information will be pulled through from Mailchimp.
