How much does it cost?

Our Mailchimp for Salesforce integration has its own pricing structure, independent of Salesforce and Mailchimp fees. Mailchimp’s pricing will determine how many emails you can send or other limitations specific to their product.

We use a tiered pricing model based on your total number of active members, ensuring you only pay for what you need. We charge the card on file every month and send an invoice via email. If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time. You only pay for the month you are in.

For example, if you had 10,000 active audience members in Mailchimp, the cost is US$25 per month.  This cost is based only on active audience members in Mailchimp. You won't be charged for records that are not active. Our costs are not based on the contacts or leads you have in Salesforce.

What is an active member?

An active member is any email address on a Mailchimp list that is actively subscribed. If an email appears on multiple lists, it counts separately for each list. Unsubscribed or deleted emails are not included.

How are changes in my active subscriber count handled?

We review your active subscriber count at each billing cycle. If your subscriber numbers change and you are moved to a different pricing tier, we’ll adjust your billing accordingly.

Are there additional costs for more users?

No. Our integration with Mailchimp for Salesforce is provided as a site license, meaning all Salesforce users can access it without extra charges.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes, we automatically send an invoice to the designated billing contact every month after the payment process.

Why is there a charge for this integration?

Our integration is separate from both Mailchimp and Salesforce. The fees cover continuous development, maintenance, and support through our email helpdesk. A significant portion goes towards Salesforce costs, payment processing, and taxes. The remainder is invested in improving our product.

Is payment by invoice an option?

No. Payments for our integration are processed through Salesforce Checkout and can only be made via credit card on our monthly plans.
