How can I manually add Mailchimp to my page layouts

Our automated process to set up page layouts may not work. This could be because of permissions or Lightning page activation steps.  Or if you want to set up the page yourself, you can use the steps below.

Note: you may already have activated your page, so you can skip that step if so.
