How can I find out how a Mailchimp record was added?

You can use our integration to track how a record was added to Mailchimp. There are two ways to do this:

1. Salesforce Audience Record – Navigate to the member section.

2. Contact or Lead Page Layout – Use the Mailchimp component.

In both cases, select Member Details, then choose the Audit sub-screen to view the record history.
