Do you add back unsubscribed records?
The Data Wizard will not re-add a record that has been unsubscribed in Mailchimp, even if the email address exists in the Salesforce source being utilized. However, if an archived record is included in the import, we can update its status from archived to active, depending on the wizard's settings.
We do offer a resubscribe option via our Invocable Actions.
