How do I see which events a Contact or Lead has attended?
The Eventbrite Attendance component shows a person's event history directly on their record page. It lists each event they registered for, with the Event name, Event Start date, Ticket class, Gross price and attendee Status, and works on Contact, Lead and Account record pages.
The component is not added to your pages automatically, it needs to be placed once by an administrator using the Lightning App Builder.
Adding the component to a record page
- Open a Contact, Lead or Account record.
- Click the Setup cog and choose Edit Page to open the Lightning App Builder.
- From the component list, drag Eventbrite Attendees onto the page.
- Click Save, then Activate if prompted.
Note: The connection wizard sets up Classic page layouts, related lists, fields and buttons automatically, but Lightning record page components like this one always need to be added manually.
What you can do from the component
Click an event name, or choose View Attendee Detail from the row menu, to open a detail window showing the attendee's contact details, custom question answers, ticket and pricing breakdown, discounts, and order information.
The row menu also gives quick access to the related records where they exist: View Attendee Record, View Event, View Order, View Opportunity, View Campaign, Open in Eventbrite and Validate Rules.
How the data is kept up to date
The component reads the Eventbrite Attendee records already synced to Salesforce, it does not call Eventbrite live. New attendees appear after the next primary sync has run.
The Refresh icon in the component header updates the details of the attendee records already shown from Eventbrite, it does not run the full primary sync or discover new attendees.
