The error "Organization Not Found" after connecting to Eventbrite for the first time on Eventbrite Settings indicates a problem with the connection between Salesforce and Eventbrite, including multiple Eventbrite sessions saved on your browser or a conflict with residual settings from production if you are testing in a sandbox.

- Try the connection process in an incognito browser.
- Open the Eventbrite Settings page in Salesforce. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Sync Now" and select "Reconnect to Eventbrite.
