How do I fix errors seen on Validate Rules?

You can validate mapping rules when creating or updating Salesforce records from Eventbrite orders, attendees, and custom answers. Below are some common errors and how to investigate them. These errors are usually standard Salesforce validation errors. If you encounter an error not listed here, please refer to Salesforce documentation.

Field validation: 

• INVALID_OR_NULL_FOR_RESTRICTED_PICKLIST - Review the picklist field listed in the error text and its values for discrepancies between Eventbrite and Salesforce. For example, the values on your custom answers choices must match the contact picklist you are mapping to in Salesforce.
• REQUIRED_FIELD - Mapping is attempting to create the Salesforce record without data mapped or present in a required field. Check your object mapping in the Eventbrite Settings tab and your incoming Eventbrite data.
