How do I validate rules on an order or attendee?
Our Eventbrite rule validation feature allows you to check for any problems with a specific order or attendee. The process will attempt to validate the record against attendee, campaign, or campaign member rules, providing immediate feedback on any problem. To run the check for an Eventbrite Order please:
1. Go to the Salesforce Eventbrite Event record.
2. Click on the Orders / Attendees sub-menu option.
3. On the far right of the order there is a dropdown click this and select validate rules.
To run the check for an Eventbrite Attendee please:
1. Go to the Salesforce Eventbrite Event record.
2. Click on the Orders / Attendees sub-menu option.
3. On the far right of the attendee there is a dropdown click this and select validate rules.
To run the check for an Eventbrite Order please:
