Do you update the account name field?
We never update a Salesforce Account name. The only time we work with the account name field is if we are initially create the Account record for you (if you have this option enabled via our mappings screen).
N.B. Newer Eventbrite events and accounts will no longer have the option to include a standard "Company" order form field. Instead, you have to create a custom question. You can map your custom questions per event, as well. Consider mapping the answer to a text field on contact and using your own automation to update Account info as needed. The automation must be run asynchronously to avoid conflicts.
