Can all my Salesforce users access Eventbrite?

Events Made Easy (Eventbrite) is a site license that means that all users can access our product at no extra cost.  For a user to see our product they will need one of our permission sets. Assigning a permission set is easy please see this article. Once the user has our permission set they will be able to see Events Made Easy (Eventbrite).
