How does the import wizard work?
The import wizard allows you to add (source) Salesforce records from:
1. Reports
2. List views
3. Campaigns
4. SOQL
This is the support article for the import wizard, but to help, I have also put some key steps below:
1. Go to the Emma tab in Salesforce
2. Next to all, Click Go
3. Click on the Emma account you want to work with.
4. Finally, Click Import Wizard

- The import wizard allows you to work with any Salesforce object.
- You are not limited to the standard email fields.
- You can create one or many imports on the same subscriber list.
- You can map Salesforce fields to Emma.
- Imports can be run once or on a regular schedule.
- The replace option can remove records from the Emma audience.
- You can choose to have records that are deleted set back to active.
