How can I add a person to a group?

A person needs to be in Emma's audience before you can add them to one or more groups. If they are already there you have two options:

1. You can use our import wizard to update a person's group membership.

When working with the import wizard you can add all the people in the import to one or more groups.  For more information please click here.

2. You can click on their Emma audience membership record in Salesforce.  Here you will be able to change their group membership. 

You can find a person Emma's audience record by going to our Emma app in Salesforce and clicking on the Emma Home tab.  Once there click on members found in the side menu. You can use the search to find the record you are looking for and then simply click the name to go to the membership record.
