My mappings are missing what should I do?
When you go to the mappings screen, if the table for contact, leads or personal accounts has no rows it could point to one of these issues.
1. You don't have our full permission set.
2. The marketing user checkbox is not checked on your Salesforce user.
If those two things check out and no other users can see mappings run this piece of code, but before you do double-check, the mappings don't exist. Otherwise, this process will overwrite any mapped values.

a. Open the Salesforce developer console (developer console-->debug-->open execute anonymous window). b. Enter in eb4sf.EB4SFAPI.initMappings(); c Press Execute, this will take a few seconds to execute.
