Can I get an email when a maintenance message is logged?
To keep up to date with any maintenance errors, we have implemented a system to capture logs and provide guidance in our maintenance section. Additionally, we leverage Salesforce's built-in notification system, which displays a bell icon on the top right of the screen. To enhance the support process, you can receive notification emails whenever a new message is added to maintenance.
Follow these steps to add an email address for notification:
- Navigate to the maintenance section via our general settings tab.
- In the top right corner of the maintenance page, locate and click on the Cog Icon.
- In the "Notification Email" field, enter the email address you want to receive notifications.
- Once you've entered the email address, click the "Save" button to store the changes.
