How long does a Dropbox temporary download link last?
Links returned by the Get Temporary Download Link Flow action are valid for 4 hours. They are direct download URLs intended for immediate use, in a screen flow, an email, or a follow-on integration step. Do not store one on a record for later use. It will be dead by the time anyone clicks it.
If you need a durable link, use Get Shareable Link instead, which returns a public Dropbox view link that does not expire, or Get Folder Share Link for a link to the record's whole Dropbox folder rather than a single file.
