Can I find out how a record was added to Campaign Monitor?

We have an in-built audit tool that shows how a record was added to Campaign Monitor.

1. Go to the Subscriber List record in Salesforce.  
2. Select Members
3. Type the email address in the search for members field and click Search.
4. Click on the Name
5. Once on the Subscriber Member record, click View Audit.
6. The Initial Import Summary will show how the record was added to Campaign Monitor.
