Can I create Salesforce records from Campaign Monitor subscribers?
Generally, data flows from Salesforce to Campaign Monitor when dealing with Salesforce Contacts and Leads. But it is possible to create contacts and leads based on Campaign Monitor subscribers. There are two parts to this:
1. Enable the create option.
2. Map Campaign Monitor fields to Salesforce.
