This batch process counts and syncs Mailchimp audience members with Salesforce. If you're seeing an error here, it means there was a problem either counting members in your Mailchimp audience or syncing interest categories (groups). This is typically the first step in the sync process, where we check how many members need to be synced and prepare the system for the actual member sync. Common causes for errors include API connection issues with Mailchimp, permission problems in Salesforce, or trying to sync an unusually large audience.
