Salesforce Contacts have several standard Phone fields available:
- Phone - This field may also be labelled "Business Phone," as that was its original label before Salesforce changed it. Note: in our field mapping screens, the Phone field is called Business Phone
- Mobile
- Other Phone
- Home Phone - This field is not always automatically enabled. It may need to be made available to users via field-level security, even to system administrators.
- Asst Phone
