What can I see in Member Detail on the Emma Membership card?

Member Detail opens from a row on the Emma Membership card. It shows open and click rates, subscribe dates, and status for that Emma account.

Tabs include:

• Groups — Emma groups for this member
• Emma Activity — mailing engagement
• Emma Audit — how the member was added, consent, and who last linked the Salesforce record
• Emma Fields — custom field values from Emma

Use View in Emma to open the member in Emma itself.
