Can I resubscribe archived Emma audience members?
If you have archived members in Emma, you can use the import wizard to reactivate them.
Enable settings On the Emma Settings tab, under Sync Options, enable "Set archived members back to active via the import wizard" (https://jmp.sh/cqdKt6sy)
Run the import wizard Run an import where the archived email is in the source report. list, SOQL statement, etc.
To mass update a list of archived members: We sync archived audience members to Salesforce (Emma Audience object), with a status of Deleted. You can send them back through the wizard to be reactivated, if you create a Salesforce report of Emma Audience records, filtered by State=Deleted. (Don't worry, they aren't really deleted in Emma!)
Note: The sync setting to reactivate archived members applies to all imports, the next time they run. More on the Import wizard
