Before proceeding ensure your Salesforce administrator or consultant has installed and setup the application. Also check that you have one of our permission sets to allow access.
How to use Dropbox For Salesforce
Once the application is installed and configured, our component will be available for you to add to any Lightning record page layout you choose. You can place the component on as many objects as you need, we support both standard and custom objects.
When a user opens a record, the component checks whether a folder already exists for that record. If it does, the existing files are displayed immediately. If it does not, a new folder is created automatically and ready for use.
