Do you have a W8 or W9 form?

We are a non-US company, so we provide a W-8BEN-E rather than a W-9. You can download our current signed form here: W-8BEN-E for Beaufort 12 FZ LLC.

Our invoices are issued by Beaufort 12 FZ LLC (United Arab Emirates). Card payments are processed by Beaufort 12 Ltd (United Kingdom) acting as our payment collection agent, which is why you may see both names on your records. The W-8BEN-E is in the name of the invoicing entity, Beaufort 12 FZ LLC.

Note: If your accounts payable team sends us a W-9 to complete, please use the W-8BEN-E above instead. A W-9 is only for US entities.
