Do I need to act on the Salesforce "Prepare for Certificate Changes" email?

No, not for Dropbox for Salesforce. Salesforce sent this notice to all customers, but it only affects integrations that use client certificates (mutual TLS) or that pin specific Salesforce certificates.

Our integrations are 100% Salesforce native. They connect to Dropbox over standard HTTPS using secure API credentials, and don't use client certificates or certificate pinning. The changes Salesforce describes, including shorter certificate lifespans and updated root certificates, won't affect how the app connects or syncs, and you don't need to install a new version.

Note: If your org has other integrations that use certificates for authentication, check those with your Salesforce admin or the integration vendor, as they may need updating.
