How can I verify my Campaign Monitor account?

Typically the problem is that your Campaign Monitor user has not been verified.

When you first create a Campaign Monitor account or an additional user, you will receive a verification email. The email will contain a link that you need to click to complete the verification process. If you are not verified, you will not be able to connect to Salesforce fully.

Beaufort 12 does not have access to Campaign Monitors' security system, so you will need to contact them directly via their support site if you have not received the verification email. 

If you are sure that your Campaign Monitor account has been verified, it is worth checking to ensure the sync is running. If the link does not work, please forward on to your Salesforce system administrator so they can check.
