Working with high volumes and scheduled flows

Typically transactional emails are low volume and are triggered by an instant apex action. But if you are scheduling and working with high volumes you might see duplicate sends.  We believe this to be a core Salesforce issue due to the scheduled interview pausing and attempting to repeat the action on all records with the original data set. If you do see this problem consider using an instant action to send the email.
