Why are my Campaign Monitor journeys not being triggered?

If you have set up a journey on a Campaign Monitor subscriber list, you can trigger it using our integration. A journey can be triggered when a person is added to a subscriber list, irrespective of the method used by our integration when adding a person to a list in Campaign Monitor.

To enable triggered journeys from Salesforce, ensure the setting "Trigger joins a list journeys when adding subscribers" is enabled.
