What happens when we create a segment using the import wizard?

When using the import wizard, you have the option to create a segment as part of the import process. If you run multiple imports where the segment option is enabled, we will not delete any existing segment values.

However, we typically run a follow-up job after the import to remove any subscribers who do not match the segment criteria. This helps ensure your audience list remains aligned with the intended segment targeting.
