What happens if the import wizard does not run?

The import wizard is very robust but it is possible for it to run into a problem. If that should happen we will attempt to log the error in three spots:
  • The import wizard schedule itself has a status for example completed or running.  If there is an error it might be shown here.
  • Salesforce standard notification which appears as a bell in the top right-hand corner of Salesforce Lightning
  • Full access users can view maintenance logs.
Some Salesforce problems, which are rare, cannot be captured and logged but for the most part, if there is a problem it should be shown in one if not all three of the areas above.
