Two-Click Unsubscribes

Some SPAM filters can click on every link contained within an email. This includes the unsubscribe link and can cause email addresses to be unsubscribed in Campaign Monitor.  The same process can then immediately click the resubscribe option, that appears on the unsubscribe success, page. It is then quite unpredictable if they are resubscribed and therefore made active again, and removed from the Campaign Monitor suppression list.

A good way to avoid this is to enable Campaign Monitor two-click unsubscribe process.  To do this go to Campaign Monitor directly and go to Account Settings > Unsubscribe Settings.
