I can't add a new Campaign Monitor field when using SOQL
The import wizard allows you to create and map Campaign Monitor fields except when using SOQL as a data source. The only option is to create the field in Campaign Monitor first. You can do this directly in Campaign Monitor or via the Campaign Monitor tab in Salesforce.
