I can't access the Salesforce Apps
Campaign Monitor for Salesforce has two apps one for users and the other, additionally, provides admin access to settings. If you can't see these apps inside Salesforce generally the problem is permissions but here is a list of things to check:
1. Does your Salesforce user have our standard permission or full permission sets - https://www.beaufort12.com/campaignmonitor/support/permissions
2. Are the apps visible:
a. Go to setup
b. Select User Interface > App Menu
c. Make sure our apps are set to Visible in App Launcher

3. Are the apps visible:
a. Go to setup
b. Select Apps > App Manager
c. Under App settings select user profile and ensure they correct ones are assigned.
