How does the upgrade process work?

We will automatically upgrade all of our customers using a phased approach. So it can take a few weeks for you to be on the latest version.  You can choose to manually upgrade but it really is not necessary. If we are working with you on a support ticket we'll often upgrade you to the latest version.
