How does the integration work with hidden Campaign Monitor campaigns?
Directly in Campaign Monitor, you have the possibility of making a sent campaign invisible or hidden. When you do this that campaign is no longer available via Campaign Monitor API and therefore will not be included in the sync to Salesforce.
