How do I resend or view an invoice?

Every month we will charge the card on file and send email invoice confirmation to the billing contact.  In our Salesforce billing portal (CM Settings tab), we also show a table of invoices already produced which can be resent by email or you can get an on-screen copy to print or pdf.
