Do you support platform licenses?

Platform licenses can be quite limiting. Typically, they don't provide access to features such as leads or campaigns, which our product utilizes. If you're considering using a platform license, I'd suggest testing it first to ensure the desired features are accessible to the user. However, I'd advocate for a full Salesforce license if given a choice. Additionally, the user must be assigned one of our permission sets.

You will notice that when you go to our import wizard screen, as a platform user, you will see a message covering the limitations.  Once you accept the message, you can still try to create an import.  Keep in mind if it references objects the platform user does not have access to it will fail.
