Do you only create records based on active subscribers?

On a subscriber list in Salesforce, you can choose to create a Salesforce Contact or Lead. If you have enabled this option, and for the select subscriber list, we will attempt to create Salesforce records.

This works - 
  • When the primary sync runs every hour, or if you perform a manual sync or a full sync.
  • For any active subscribers in Campaign Monitor.
  • By checking to see if the contact or lead exists in Salesforce using the standard email field.
During this process, we will attempt to create the record in Salesforce, keep in mind that custom code, validation rules, required fields, etc.. can stop this process.
