We are a small UK-based company and only provide email-based support. However, we do have an end-to-end demo of our product. In addition to the demo, we have put together some information that I think will help answer your initial questions.
Campaign Monitor for Salesforce
It is an integration between Campaign Monitor and Salesforce built by us Beaufort 12. We are a separate company to both Campaign Monitor and Salesforce, although we have strong working relationships with both. The integration's primary function is to move data between both systems. Making it easy for you to add your Salesforce records to Campaign Monitor and keep them up to date. We also pull back information from Campaign Monitor, like a change in a subscriber's status and email tracking history.
If you are new to Campaign Monitor, then it is essential that you are happy with how their application works. Campaign Monitor will handle how you build your email templates, create your campaigns, and be responsible for delivery. To learn more, check out their site.
Try before you buy
After watching the video, we strongly recommend trying our product. You can install a trial of our integration, which includes all features for free for 14 days. The trial can be installed in either your sandbox or production environment (or both if you need to). It is worth noting that a trial in a Salesforce production org can be converted to a full license. This article covers the install and setup.
Our integration is charged based on the number of active subscribers. An active subscriber is an active email address on a subscriber list in Campaign Monitor (i.e., not unsubscribed, bounced, etc.) We use that number against our tiered pricing model. For example, if you have between 10,000 and 15,000 active subscribers, your cost will be US$40 per month. For more detailed information, see this article.
For nonprofits, we provide a 15% discount after you sign up. The discount will be deducted from our monthly fee. Again using the example above, instead of charging US$40 per month, the cost would be US$34.
