Can I turn off triggers?

Triggered updates are used with several features that integrate data from Salesforce to Campaign Monitor.

• Subscriber Rules
• Field Mappings (Salesforce to Campaign Monitor)
• Email opt outs and record deletions updating to member statuses in Campaign Monitor

In the Campaign Monitor settings tab, navigate to the General Settings section and locate the Sync Options area. Here, you’ll find two options for disabling triggers—individually or in bulk. https://jmp.sh/kXn9D9T1 

Note:  The Import Wizard will remain unaffected, operating independently in batch mode. Remove the import schedule if you don't want it to continue to run unattended. Record-triggered flows or your own custom apex triggers that use our invocable actions will also continue to work unless deactivated.
