A record is not being created in Salesforce how can I troubleshoot?

If a record is not being created you check why using the following steps:

  1. Go to the Subscriber List in Salesforce.
  2. Click on the Members screen.
  3. Click the Email Audit button.
  4. Type in the email address of the record not being created.
  5. Click Validate

This will give you immediate feedback on why the record could not be added.
